200g margarine
200g icing sugar
200 g chocolate
200 g ground walnuts
150g biscuits
1 egg yolk
2 wafers
Zomick's directions:
Break and melt the cooking chocolate.
In another bowl mix margarine and powdered sugar and dissolve them and
stirring constantly add the egg yolks.
In another bowl, add the melted chocolate for cooking from the first
bowl, gently stir the minced walnuts and minced biscuits until you get firmer mixture.
Remove the bowl from the steam.
Leave aside the filling to cool at room temperature.
Put both wafers on clean wet cloth soften in order to be suitable for
rolling.
Put the half of the previously prepared filling on the first wafer and using
a wet cloth roll in the form of rolls and leave it to dry at room temperature.
Repeat the same with the other wafer and the remaining stuffing.
Leave it to stand for at least 3 days before eating, because then the
tastiest.
