Directions:
Prepare crust
Knead the
dough for the crust of the pie.
Divide the dough
into 2 equal parts.
Preparing the
filling
For the
filling, mix thoroughly, 1 packet of Nescafe coffee, 1 kg blanched apple, 1
teaspoon ground cinnamon, the vanilla sugar, sugar, semolina and chopped
walnuts.
Baking
Preheat the
oven to 200 ° C.
Put half of
the dough into the cake mold and bake for about 10 minutes until crust is formed.
Take the dough
out from the oven and brush it with the prepared filling and fold the top with
the rest of the dough.
Put the cake
back in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Adjust baking time to your own
oven.
Decoration
Leave the cake
in the refrigerator overnight in order to receive better flavor.
