For this recipe you'll need the following ingredients

2 tablespoons semolina
2 egg whites
50g raisins
50g chopped walnuts

Prepare stuffing
Zomick's recommends to grate the apple and after that add sugar, cinnamon and grits and simmer all
together.
Leave the filling to cool to room temperature and stir in the whites,
raisins and chopped walnuts.
The first bark
Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and grated zest of one
lemon.
In the first mixture add the egg yolks and yogurt and mix all the
ingredients together.
Second bark
Combine the yolks with sugar, water and vanilla.
In the resulting foamy mixture add the flour and stir, and finally stir
in the egg whites.
Baking
First roll out the dough for the crust and transfer it to a medium size
baking dish.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C and place the first baked crust.
When the first bark a little stung, remove the baking dish from the oven
and brush the crust with the apple filling.
Put the first layer back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
